Several weeks ago I announced a new naturalization exam for any applications for naturalization (N-400) filed after December 1, 2020. USCIS announced that on March 1, 2021, it will revert to the 2008 version of the civics test. USCIS determined the 2020 civics test content, testing procedures, and implementation schedule may inadvertently create potential barriers to the naturalization process.
